Pure Art Moments is an Australian-based art and lifestyle brand. All products are sold subject to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

Many of our products — including canvas prints, apparel, mugs, and homewares — are produced and fulfilled on demand by Printful, our third-party print partner. Products are printed and shipped directly from Printful's facilities in Australia, the US, Canada, Europe, or the UK depending on your location and product availability. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before dispatch.

4. Shipping

Shipping times vary by destination and fulfilment location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Pure Art Moments is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please refer to our FAQ for more detail.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork, designs, and images on this website are the original work of Pure Art Moments and are protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork or imagery without prior written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

7. Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting a custom order request.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pure Art Moments' liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
